Pricing and Rental Terms:

Chair cover rentals for the metro St. Louis area: Chair
covers with sash (any style
and color shown) are $2.95 each. Price includes delivery and
set up. Table runners
(available in same colors as sashes) are $4.95 each. A
minimum rental fee of $300 is
required.

A NON-REFUNDABLE $300 deposit is required to reserve a
date. The number
reserved at the time of reservation is an approximation.
Client will be contacted
approximately two weeks prior to the event date to
determine the final count. Client
will only be charged for the final amount used. Final
balance will be due on or before
the event date. Items will not be provided if final payment
is not received prior to
event.

The Chair Cover Company will return to the event venue
to retrieve items within 48
hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If venue requires
items to be removed at the
end of the event a return fee of $100 will be applied.
Client will also have the option
of removing items themselves and pick up arrangements will
be made directly with
client.

In the event of missing items, a replacement fee of
$5.00 per chair cover, $4.00 per
table runner, and $2.50 per chair sash will be imposed.
These fees will also be
imposed due to spilled candle wax or cigarette burns.

A minimum set up time of one hour per one hundred chair
covers is required. The
Chair Cover Company will not be held responsible due to
venues failure to have room
ready in the appropriate time.

Items are subject to availability. While items may be
provided with a minimum of
one weeks notice, clients are encouraged to reserve items
as soon as possible to
ensure style and color desired.
